Do you have a free trial?
rather.chat offers you a free trial on the Lite product, this is our off the shelf product, leveraging a rather.chat number for 30 days. After the free trial, you can continue on the Lite version at $39 usage fee per month or upgrade to Plus, which gives you your own WhatsApp number and access to a more customised WhatsApp experience for your clients.
How do customers contact me on the free trial and paid Lite option? rather.chat will provide you with a code snippet for a website plug-in. Simply add it into your website footer and voila. When your customer visits your website, they simply add their number into the WhatsApp card to start chatting to your business.
Do you provide the WA number?
Yes, on the Lite product, you will be allocated a rather.chat number. Should you opt to have your own WhatsApp number, rather.chat will provide the number. You are able to provide your own number, however please note that there are sometimes limitations when it comes to using existing numbers. Our expert team will assist with this. If you would like your own WhatsApp number, then the Lite product is not suitable, as this leverages a rather.chat number.
What are the benefits of having my own WhatsApp number?
Having your own WhatsApp number allows you to load your own business information and profile picture, providing a more custom, personalised WhatsApp experience for your clients.
Can I edit my script?
This is possible on the Plus and Enterprise products. The Plus option offers basic script editing capability for tailored conversations. The Enterprise option offers tailored script flow and logic for advanced conversational capabilities. Custom scripts allow you to send Text, Image, Audio & Video based template messages and chat flows.
What is a WhatsApp broadcast?
WhatsApp Broadcast is a list of recipients who receive messages from your business in bulk on WhatsApp. With WhatsApp Business API, you can send broadcasts to up to 100,000 unique users (this is subject to your available messaging limit on your approved Meta Business manager). With a WhatsApp Broadcast, you can send messages to users in one go, even those who haven’t added you to their contacts list. Users receive messages in their private chat and cannot see the names and numbers of other recipients.
Can I send out/broadcast messages to customers?
This is possible on the Plus and Enterprise products as you will need your own number to broadcast to your clients. In order to send a broadcast message, you will need to have a WhatsApp approved message template, this can be set up and applied for on your Meta Business manager.
Can I see WhatsApp conversations?
Yes, you will have access to the rather.chat platform, where you are able to view, monitor and respond to users via our chat inbox.
Can I respond to users on the inbox?
Agents can view customer messages and respond to customers directly from the rather.chat platform Chat inbox, your customer will receive the response in WhatsApp, this creates a seamless bot to human handover experience. You can have multiple agents on multiple devices viewing and responding to chats from the same WhatsApp number.
What is a WhatsApp chatbot?
A WhatsApp Chatbot functions round-the-clock on WhatsApp & can deliver a human-like customer experience by answering common customer queries without fatigue, completing sales, efficiently collecting user information for lead nurturing.
Can I integrate WhatsApp with my existing CRM?
Yes, on the rather.chat Enterprise option, we can integrate WhatsApp with your CRM. Through CRM integration, you can consolidate all customer data, conversations, and interactions into one centralized platform, allowing you to gain comprehensive insights into customer behaviour and preferences. Furthermore, CRM integration enables you to provide personalized and tailored customer experiences and automate messaging to your customers. It is also possible to collect information and documents via WhatsApp and then store that directly into your CRM using APIs. This is subject to your CRM having the available API capabilities.
